Receipt books and business forms

Receipt books, invoice books and NCR forms are printed in duplicate or triplicate so every transaction leaves a copy for the customer, the accounts team and the file. They need accurate numbering, clean perforation and paper that copies clearly without carbon sheets.

NCR (carbonless) paper

NCR paper transfers writing from the top sheet to the copies below without carbon. Each copy can be a different colour, such as white, pink and yellow, so it is easy to see which copy goes where.

Numbering and perforation

Every set is numbered in sequence, so your accounts team can track every form. Perforation lets the top copies tear out cleanly while the last copy stays in the book. Books are glued at the top or side and bound with a cover.

Arabic, English or both

Forms can be laid out in Arabic, English or both, with your logo, address and commercial registry and tax numbers where needed. Send us your current form or a draft, and we prepare a proof for approval.
