Exhibiting from abroad

Your team does not need to be in Cairo while the booth is prepared. A typical project runs like this:

1. Send the brief in English or Arabic: stand number and size, hall, show dates, the organiser's exhibitor manual and your brand files.
2. Approve the 3D design and the quotation online; graphics are revised until approved.
3. We produce the booth in our workshop and print the graphics, giveaways and literature.
4. We install at the venue during build-up and hand the booth over before the opening, so your team arrives at a ready stand.
5. We dismantle after the show; modular booths can be kept for your next exhibition.

Our office and press are in Nasr City, the same district as the Cairo International Convention Center (CICC), and a short drive from the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) and Al Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo, where many of the country's large trade shows take place. Plan backwards from the show date

The organiser's exhibitor manual sets the real deadlines for stand drawings, electricity and build-up. As a guide, brief us as soon as your space is confirmed, approve the design early enough to meet the organiser's drawing deadline, and confirm giveaways and print quantities about two weeks before build-up so everything arrives with the booth.
