This page explains what information the Kaizen Advertising Agency website (kaizen-egypt.com) collects, why, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. The website is run by Kaizen Advertising Agency (كايزن لتنظيم المعارض وخدمات رجال الأعمال), 54 Zaker Hussein St., Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.

What we collect

When you send the quote form: your name, company, phone number, email address (optional), the service, quantity, date and message you write, the page you sent it from, and, from the online store, the products and quantities in your quote list. Your IP address and the time are recorded with the request to protect the form from spam.
Your quote list: products you add in the online store are kept in your own browser until you send them. They do not reach us until you press send.
Nothing else by default: the public website sets no cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

How we use it

We use the details you send only to reply to your request: to prepare a quotation, contact you about your order and follow up on it. The request is emailed to our sales team and saved in our private admin panel. If you gave an email address, you receive a copy of your request. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Third-party services

Google reviews: the reviews section is loaded through our server from Google. Reviewers' profile photos are loaded from Google's servers by your browser.
Instagram and Facebook: the website shows posts from our own Instagram and Facebook accounts. The posts and photos are copied to our server, so viewing them does not connect your browser to Instagram or Facebook. We use Meta's official API only to read and publish posts on our own accounts. We do not collect data about website visitors through it.
WhatsApp: WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp only when you choose to contact us there.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and data deletion

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email info@kaizen-egypt.com with the subject "Data request" or "Data deletion", or message us on WhatsApp at +20 10 2297 7499. We confirm by reply when it is done.

Changes

If the website starts collecting anything new, for example visit statistics, we will update this page first.
