The first question most procurement teams ask is “how much per set?”. The honest answer is a range, because the price depends on what goes in the box and how it is branded. These are the ranges we quote most often in 2027, for sets branded with your logo, before VAT.
Typical price ranges per set

What moves the price
- Number of items in the set. Each item adds its own cost and its own branding.
- Materials. Leather, metal and electronics cost more than paper, plastic and fabric.
- Branding method. Laser engraving and UV printing are included in the ranges above; hot foil, embossing or full-colour wraps can change the price.
- Quantity. The minimum order is 10 sets, and we recommend 50 or more.
- Packaging. A rigid presentation box, a sleeve or packing per recipient each add to the cost.
Timing
Most branded giveaways are ready in 1 to 3 days. For Ramadan and new-year orders, contact us at least a month ahead.
